Default W/O Edwin Henry Herbert 150 Sqn

Hi, I am trying to research this pilot 566527 W/O Edwin Henry Herbert 150 Sqn, who was killed flying a Wellington on 10th Oct 1942, I beleive he was also awarded an MID earlier in the year. Can anybody help me out with the cause of the crash and any other details? I would also be interested to find out what other Ops he flew, thanks in advance, Rick

    Hello All,

The (rear gunner) Sgt Brown, mentioned in this crew (BCL3/237), is in fact, AUS406855 Sgt Thomas Victor BROWN RAAF. Brown survived this crash, and the war.
