Douglas Edmund Frank Hart 1220304, a medically discharged airman, died in Ashford sanatorium of pulmonary tuberculosis
UPGRADE to Reginald Dukes R 102043, a Nursing ordely attached to DP & NH, he was discharged as totally unfit for any military service on 26th May 1942, direct to the Christie Street hospital, Toronto where he died of myocarditis and mesenteric thrombosis

John Dale Wawn 943492 , attached to 121 MU , died of typhoid fever in Number 23 Scottish general hospital of typhoid fever on the day of admission
