    Hi Matt
I can give the details from Chorley, Bomber Command Losses, Vol 6 but he gives the a/c as Lancaster III, PB377,TL-K which differs slightly from your post. It was one of only 2 losses recorded that night from a raid on Potsdam. The a/c suffered an engine fire near the target and the crew were ordered to bail out, 6 of them did so but the pilot regained control of the a/c and flew it to Dutch Airspace before being obliged to bail out himself
The crew with trades as indicated by the order of the names in Chorley were:-
    F/O V B Bowen-Morris pilot
Sgt W G Reynolds, F/E (who died in the incident)
    F/O R H H Dyers, Nav, POW
    F/Sgt S G Silcock, Air Bomber, POW
    F/Sgt C S Gibbon, W/op POW
    F/Sgt J W Tovey, A/g, evd
    F/Sgt E G Meredith DFM,A/g, POW
    Regards
    Dick
