    I've looked through the forum, and the BC RoH, without luck. Would anyone know the cause of death - listed as KOAS.

    Henk, I looked at your unaccounted list for that date but he wasn't included. Would you happen to know details of his death?

    I see from the Spitfire list that X4186 collided with AR252. Would you happen to know who the pilot of AR252 was, and fate?
