    Default W/O G C Forrest RNZAF

Does anyone have any information on this pilot.
He was with 33Sqn in 1944.
I have a possible service number for him NZ411346 but this is unconfirmed.
    Regards

    Andy,

    Service number is correct.

I may have a few more scraps to offer on him momentarily.

Did he serve in 127 Squadron as well (May 1944)?

    As always, Thanks Errol.

    John
I do not think he served with 127 Sqn.
His name appears once in the ORB.
He is listed as being one of 12 pilots that dive bombed a V1 site in France on 27.5.44.
The serial of the aircraft he used is lited as 5R.
5R was the code used by 33 Squadron and both squadrons were part of the same wing.
I think he was attached to the squadron for this op due to a shotage in pilots.

    Regards
    Andy
