Default Wriothesley Leege Montaque Denny (RAFNo.112007)

    Hi
I am looking for information about Wriothesley Leege Montaque Denny (RAF No.112007)
He was trained 1941/42 at Sealand, Ternhill and then Old Sarum with Army co-op?
I believe he then went to India in 1943 but don't know with which squadron. He then re appeared at Gilze-Rijen in Holland in 1945 flying Mosquito's but again don't know with which squadron.

    Any info would be good

    Cheers Motherbird

    Hi Motherbird,

i can add a little scrap of information for you. He was serving as Deputy flight commander of 'B' Flight, 41 OTU in January 1943 as i have him as a witness for an accident report for a crash on the 15th January 1943.

I can also add that he was on No 65 Course at 5 FTS, Tern Hill commencing 13th August 1941. He was an army transfer and there is a photo of him on the course photo of which i have a copy should you wish to see it.

    Cheers, Tom
