    HI Henk
None of the 3 "missing"men were on the England and Wales register but Birt and Stradling were probably registered in Scotland as Warner's Blenheim has them both as killed on Blenheim L8720 in Berwickshire.

Henk, Although I have no name for the pilot of Oxford X7072, I have a note that the pilot was killed and would suggest that Trumper fits this loss.

Spitfire ER947 stalled coming into land, no mention of the pilot or fate.

Beaufighter X7698, crashed nr Bielby - Griffiths killed, and navigator Sgt G H Wheatland was thrown clear and was taken to hospital with burns and a broken pelvis.

    regards Rich
