    Default Sergeant Appleby

Hello and Merry Christmas to everyone!

I've trying to find the first name of Sergeant Appleby of 'X' Flight, who claimed a Vichy-French D.520 on 15 June 1940 during the invasion of Syria (http://surfcity.kund.dalnet.se/commonwealth_appelby.htm).
Is there anyone who can help me with this?

    Best wishes/Håkan

Sorry for bringing this up again. It seems that nothing new has come to light during the past year and that he will continue to be an enigma.
