Default Prestwick, South Cerney and Blackpool

Looking for the names of the units that would have operated Tiger Moths at Prestwick, Oxfords at South Cerney and Bothas at Blackpool around 1940/41. I've found some answers on the web but always like to confirm my 'findings' through this forum.
    Many thanks:
    Robert

    Rob,

Bothas at Blackpool will be 3 General Reconnaissance School (at Squires Gate).

What you really need is a copy of Air-Britain's indispensible 'RAF Flying Training and Support Units since 1912; far more reliable than much of what parades as fact on the web!
