A portuguese magazine asked to make one article about the fight that hapend in south Portugal on the 9 of July 1943. Four Condor's where involved from III KG40, and one was shot down by a Beaufighter from 248 squadron. The german crrew is still buried in Aljezur.

The RAF had three aircraft on location. Two beaufighter's from 248 Squadron, from Predannak, and a Hudson from 233 Squadron, that came from Gibraltar. I have the info about the german airplanes and also about the beau's. reading some other paper's I have here I found a note stating that one of the Condor's calimed the Hudson on that day.

Can anybody confirm this?

I would also like to know the crew of this plane - even if they were not shot down.

I thank you all in advance,

Best regards
