    Thomas,

This was in an Airspeed Oxford, serial NZ2127.

The other two occupants were navigator Hugh Rennie and AC1 Robert Roper.

    Thomas,

The ADF site has errors for this entry. The following is correct (includes amendments detailed in Vol 3 of my 'For Your Tomorrow - A record of New Zealanders who have died while serving with the RNZAF and Allied Air Services since 1915'):

Pilot: NZ2506 Flt Lt (Acting Sqn Ldr) Charles Roy BUSH, DFC, RNZAF - Age 30.
Navigator: NZ432433 Navigator I Henry Gordon Finlay RENNIE, RNZAF - Age 23.
Photographer: NZC46130 LAC Robert George ROPER, RNZAF - Age 20.
