    Default 430122 - Unaccounted airmen - 22-1-1943

    What were the places of death registration for following airmen whose names I couldn't find in the Flight archives:

    LAC Harry BROWN - 936644 - age 33 (Flight 27-5-1943 Casualty Communiqée 237 has a LAC H. BROWN previously reported missing now reported PoW, but may not be him; LAC Brown lies buried Leicester [Gilroes] Cem.);
    Cpl John E.S. HEESOM - 856601 - 922/923 (Balloon) Sqn (Cuerley - Runcorn, Cheshire), and
    F/Lt Wilfred J. PEARSON - 18106.

    Proposed aircraft loss for this day:
    Hector - K8167 - 4 GTS - crashed on take-off Kidlington.

    Regards and thanks for your help.
    Henk.

    J E S Heesom is listed as DOAS but spelled J E S Heeson. April 1st magazine.

    From London Gazette, Flight Lieutenant Wilfred Joshua PEARSON (18106) relinquishes his commission on account of ill-health, 1st Aug. 1940.
    So I wouldn't expect him to appear in the RAF Casualty lists.

    I can't see a Brown to match in Flight magazines but I've not searched manually.
