    Default 102 Squadron.Halifax LW 192. 16/17th /1944

Can anyone help me out at all?
I have all the crews details and also the account from Chorley and also weather conditions etc
I am looking for the names of the night-fighter who shot down this Halifax captained by F/S Eric Braddock RAFVR and any details of the crash.
Am I correct in thinking that the pilot of the night-fighter also lost his life and is buried in Buren general Cemetery?
    Many thanks

    Hello Linda ,

According to Nagjagd War Diarries by Mr Theo Boiten page 84 , this could have been Fw Hugo F Fütscher from NJG3 at 02.01 hrs.

Did Hugo Futscher survive the war or was he killed in this op?
