    Default Acklington 24.3.1941

    On 24th of March 1941 Hurricane from 317 Squadron collided with unknown Blenheim at Acklington. No mention in Acklington ORB. Any help much appreciated.

    Default 317 Hurricane/Blenheim collision

    Hi Peter,

    24 March 1941. `S/Ldr Stanislaw Brzezina, Officer Commanding 317 Squadron,damaged Hurricane 1 W9226 during taxiing when he collided with Blenheim V5380 causing damage to both aircraft`

    Hello,

    Blenheim V5380 OO-D was with 13 Sqn, when the aircraft was lost on the Dieppe Mission 19/8 1942. Shot down by flak.

    Please refer to Tony Wood and Dick from this forum back in 2007.
