    Does anyone know where 3 Maintenance Unit RAF was in 1950 please?

    Is that the same place as RAF Barford St John? 92 Gp (Bomber Command OTU in WW2), and now full of very strange looking aerials supposedly owned by the USAF! No doubt the ubiquitous Radio Research Station!!!! (or shorthand for another NPC* station!!).
