If you do a Soundex check on MOLLAGHAN Kathleen 1943 and female you get 1 hit in Scotland.
I assume a typo on register

I had tried the Soundex check previously but the Records came up with an infant named Kathleen Milligan. It may be possible that Kathleen Mollaghan died at home and Dennis is the best source of help if this is the case.

I was going to check but this morning I find the Irish Civil records missing from the familysearch.org website. I hope they have them back up soon.

This was a long list for April 12th, 1943 and excellent info from faithful friends of the RAF Commands Forum. Thanks.
    Regards,
    Henk.

Kathleen Molloghan is registered age 22 in the Wirral District, Cheshire. Spelled with a second 0 instead of letter a on the index. Her name is not appearing in Irish Death Indexes on Familysearch.org

    Ross,
Also have following fatal casualties on AB766:
    F/O (Pilot) Kenneth WADE - 132725;
    F/O (Nav) Lewis LANE - 126880, and
    Sgt (WOp/Ag) Hubert J. NEWMAN - 1313583.
Death of all registered at Sleaford & E.Kesteven, Lincs.
If HUGHES was only fatal casualty do you probably know what caused the death of Wade, Lane and Newman ?
    Regards,
    Henk.

    Might be Wellington LB240.

Only up to the "O" in the 1943 aircraft alphabet for the F1180s at the moment.

I'll jump ahead this afternoon to the "W" and see who is listed for pilot in command.

Clearing up reel MF 16-71 at the moment.

    Dominie I - X7444 - 4 RS - collided with Proctor DX223 and crashed, Langwardine, Herefordshire.

    F1180 for DX223 gives
Proctor DX223 pilot as Sgt Wright + 1 other killed
Dominie X7444 pilot as Sgt Smith + 6 other killed

    Regards
    Ross
