    Default Singapore Newspapers Online Archive

Have any of you found ?

    http://newspapers.nl.sg/

One good thing of having an empire appears that the Singapore newspapers used to re-publish air ministry bulletins (I have only checked 1919 to 1939) from London.... But sometimes with more info... I have already found that the second airmen on the crash of Moth K1895 of No. 8 Bomber Squadron that crashed 23.6.37 (Pilot-Officer P. J. G. Davies. killed) was Ldg. Aircraftsman W. R. Moys who was seriously injured

The machine crashed at Khormaksar, Aden

The crashes of aircraft in Singapore give more info than the 'News in Brief' of the times!
