Default Fg Off K.W. Mortimer RAFVR

    Dear all,

Has anyone come across Fg Off Kenneth Watts Mortimer (191842) on their travels please? He is listed in the Gazette as being a member of the General Duties Branch RAFVR:

Commissioned to Plt Off from (1836847) Sgt - 11 Jan 45.
Promoted to Fg Off (War Sub) - 11 July 1945.

    Thanks in advance

    Jonny

    Mark,

That is appreciated. Thank you! I now just need to find out who he flew with. 'Needle in a stack full of needles' springs to mind! lol

I am bumping this one in the faint that someone may recognise the name. Kenneth Watts Mortimer, a commissioned flight engineer.

As an aside, he was born 12/11/1923 in Bristol and died 28/07/1992 in Elland, West Yorks. In 1939 he was working in the drawing office of an 'aero co.' (presumably Bristols?).

    Many thanks

    Jonny
