    Errol,

Fits like a glove! Thanks for that.

Originally buried British Military Cemetery, Kirkuk, Grave 6. Plot B. Later reinterred Mosul War Cemetery, Iraq.

Alan Storr is of the opinion that the NAA do not hold an A705 Casualty File on Britten. They have one, but it is filed under service number A403553!

    Storr: Vol.7. 201 to 300 Sqns. p.78 of 308.

    Cheers,

    Hello Col,

    Just a thought.

I've dowloaded Alan Storr's files and had a quick glance at them. Indeed I've found at first sight a few typos (like aircraft serial numbers with only 4 letters/digits instead of 5).

I think it could be useful if you could gather together the corrections you are actually doing, in order to create a further volume of "corrections and amendments", that we could possibily consult. Unless the corrections you are doing could be amalgamated to the original work, and new amended pdf would replace the ones we have dowloaded.

    My two pence worth.

    Hi Joss,

    Interesting!

I'm not really into correcting Storr, as much as updating my own material. Would be a simple task to put it all together. I'll give it some thought.

I must remember to credit Alan's material.

    Col.
