I have come across a picture of a crashed Whitley and the serial number appears to be 4264 or ?264.

    can anyone identify this aircraft?

Have now found it......Whitley T4264 shot down by flack 17/18 2 41. 419 flt on special ops

    Hi Bob

I don't suppose you are able to post a scan of the pic please? I have a large number of unidentified Whitley crash pics - there's always a chance I can match yours with one of mine.

    Regards
    Elliott

Does anyone have the complete names of the crew and their Personal ID numbers?
