    Default Frederick Henry Mason DFC

    Hi everybody,

This gentleman, Fred Mason, died on September 9, 2010, aged 93. The funeral is on September 22 at St Eata's Church, Atcham, near Shrewsbury.
Can anybody help me with details of his DFC/service career for the purposes of preparing an obituary on him?

Similarly, there is no published citation in FLight magazine. He is listed among a very large number of names so I would suggest that the award was for general good service as opposed to a particular act.
