    What were the place of death airman and aircraft for killed on active service:
    F/O ARMSTRONG Gordon Dyson (63781) - pilot 141 Sqn RAF
    F/Sgt KELLETT James Harry (1114139) - obs 141 squadrony RAF
    aircraft loss Beaufighter Mk.IF - ?????

    Lost power and crashed on approach to Tangmere, near Arundel, Sussex.

    Beaufighter VIF V8673

    Took off on a day non-operational exercise. Crashed into a hill 3 minutes after take-off and burnt, 10 miles SSW of Nicosia, Cyprus. Suspected engine failure at low level, probable cause of accident.

    922345 F/Sgt (Nav./W) Cyril Harold BALDWIN RAFVR + (KOAS)*
