Default Abbreviation on A.M. form 78

I am currently looking at some Form 78 movement cards for mid 1944.
What I don't understand the meaning for is the abbreviation FB.
The context in which it is used is following damage category, ie Cat B FB.
I understand that FA in this context refers to Flying Accident but what does FB mean.
    TIA
    Andy

And you may find this useful at it is entitled:

"Abbreviations commonly used on Air Ministry Forms 78 & 1180 (Aircraft Movement Cards and Accident Record Cards)"

and is produced by the RAFMuseum (opens as a Word Doc):

Are there any more guides for the Loss Cards. I was wondering what codes such as
A.O. (in one example it has the reply N)
    F.I.N (with the reply F)
    COM (with the reply F)
    Signal (with the reply A890)
    stand for

Any help or suggestions would be good.

    AO - Active Operations
    FIN - Fatal/Injury/No Injury
COM - depends on the card era and location - but usually combination if an edge code or Command if top right inside.
    A890 - signal/file serial -A denotes Air Ministry Originator

so for your card - a fatal accident to a Fighter Command aircraft that did not happen on active operations.

See these for examples and exlpanations
