    Hi Henk
The only possibilty I could find was a Robert S Dyson,20, registered at Thanet, Kent. I believe it is the right area for Manston which was a designated Emergency Airfield for returning Bomber Command a/c.It have been landed there to get assistance for wounded aircrew or may have been salvaged to be flown again after a forced landing with Dyson being wounded or injured in the landing
    Regards
    Dick

    Thanks Dick, Douglas & Malcolm.
Malcolm: Agree with ELLIOT and 1397073 (error from my side); he was "DOAS".
    Regards,
    Henk.
