    Hi Dan,
    Can you be more specific as to what you are after, i have the 23sqdn ORB, no ops 26th 27th May, but on night of 28/29th there were ops to Juvincourt, Oriel, Caen, Poix, Montdidier and Amiens.

    Ok thank you, I search the mission report of Havoc Mk III AW398. Loss April 27, 1942 at sea off St. Malo.

    Dan,
    ORB states.... Sgt Millard (pilot, Sgt Willets,(Obs) and Sgt Moore, (A/G) took off to patrol Dinard, did not return, at the date of writing, it is known that he was shot down by flak and at least one of the crew is prisoner.
    F/O Reymer saw flak over Dinard, probably that which was directed at St Millard.

    What I have research information on Sgt Moore, whose body was found lifeless on the shore.
    I can find no trace of his burial in the cemeteries of the region, except of course he was transferred Bayeux. Do you have a MRU file ?
