    No.4 Radio School, Madley.
    Proctor IV NP212

    Engine cut, hit hedge in forced landing at Hegden Hill, Pencombe, Herefordshire.

    Crew (Alpha order):

    1679003 Cpl. E H ATKINS
    3042325 Sgt - ? - CECKERHAM
    AUS432913 F/Sgt Norman Frederick TRITTON RAAF - Injured (not PRITTON, as on A705 at NAA)
