Flight pathsI am not familiar with the mapping systems of the RAF during raids or how I would work these out. I am hoping more knowledgable members of this forum may be able to help. These figures as far as I can work out are the headings for the bomb runs of each a/c. they come from the crews themselves. A/c Heading EB207...330...degrees...IAS...160 EB210...140........................170 JD386...090........................150 EB213...360........................160 LK908...035........................140 DK235...150........................170 DK252...144........................145 EB252...140........................155 DK271...310........................160 JB968...140........................150 KB215...100........................150 DK270...093........................155 LK915...010........................145 These co-ordinates mean nothing on Google maps but on a military maps they could show the flight path of the squadron. i would like to know if a flight path can be worked out from them. the target was Hanover 22 September 1943. regards Nick ....Read More.big tyke on 21st August 2008 04:18:56
