Beaufort L9814 Ttu AbbotsinchHi Folks, Found by my friend & colleague Peter Dobson in an old newspaper clipping at RAF Millom Museum was a death notice for Sgt (W/AG) John Alfred Entwistle, it had with it a note saying he was killed in Beaufort L9814 off Lady Isle,Firth of Clyde on 20th March 1941 but no further details. I found the aircraft to be at TTU Abbotsinch but would be interested to find other crew details, it is possible that they are listed as missing. Any help as always would be very much appreciated. Regards. Dave. PS. I have details off CWGC for Entwistle. ....Read More.highgroundsman on 22nd February 2008 05:07:19
