Sergeant W.B.Clark RCAF R/68182 DIEPPE CANADIAN WAR CEMETERY, HAUTOT-SUR-MER, H. 7. Sergeant P.J.Lewis RAF VR Sergeant J.J.Wolff RCAF Sergeant R.B.Russell RAF VR DIEPPE CANADIAN WAR CEMETERY, HAUTOT-SUR-MER, H. 5. Took off - Binbrook [QUOTE]Airborne 2115 31 Aug 41 from Binbrook. Crashed in the sea off the French coast. Cause of the loss is not established. Three bodies were later recovered and their graves are now located at the Canadian War Cemetery, Dieppe. The Pilots in the BOULOGE sortie were Sgt. Voller and P/O Khosla. One aircraft abandon mission - P/O Faint - due to electrical shortage and intercommunication failure. From the BOULOGEN raid, one aircraft is missing - P/O Khosla and crew (P/O Dastur, Sgt Clark, Sgt Lewis, Sgt Wolff, Sgt Russell). 93 airmen carried out Rifle practice on the 25 yards Range Target: Bombing at BOULOGNE Takeoff: 2120 hrs Bomb Load: Fourteen 250 lb GP. I have been trying to identify photos of Khosla and Dastur. Infact I have a photo with six possibilities - but do not know who is who. Does anyone have a photo of Indian Aircrew from 12 Squadron dating from this time? From my end I am sure Khosla and Dastur are atleast two of the below numbered 1 to 6. But i dont know who is who.. There are three photos of each of the six below..
