Anyone familiar with this title?

I am looking for a good, overall reference on the ground in Shingbwiyang, Burma, in August-September 1942 to support my research into an airman who flew supplies to this area. According to the contents of this book viewable via the 'look inside' feature of amazon the book covers exactly this, but I would be interested in knowing if it is recommendable.

Chose to buy it.

For my purpose the title is the best I have seen yet covering the situation on the ground in 1942 in Burma.
