RAF Coastal Command Patrols in Malaya/Korea 1950-53

I would like to ask if anybody could help me to decode meaning of patrols code named:

ABLE
EASY
FOX

All flown by RAF Sunderlands.

Hi Pavel,

Not sure if this helps or hinders but those words were part of the pre-NATO phonetic alphabet (until 1952) for the letters a, e and f.

Hi Dave, myna thanks for you idea.
Well it might be the code name for the patrols according their position coded by the alphabet - you are right.
Anyone can confirm this idea pls?
