What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for:

AC2 Keith A. FERGUSON - 1057320 - died of wounds or injuries received on active service;
LAC Alan MacKLEY - 622487 - 72 Sqn (Biggin Hill, Kent) - killed on active service, and
AC2 Henry E. STENNETT - 747227 - died of wounds or injuries received on active service.

Aerodromes Hendon, Northolt, Biggin Hill, Hornchurch, Tangmere and Uxbridge were attacked by the Luftwaffe.

Proposed aircraft losses for this day:
Albatross - G-AFDL - BOAC - crashed in forced landing Pucklechurch, Gloucestershire
Blenheim I - L6624 - RAE - crashed; no further details.

Can only find Stennett,24, registered at Uxbridge and Mackley,23, at Bromley in Kent(probably Biggin Hill)

The Hull Daily Mail of October 11th 1940 carried a report about his funeral:

HESSLE AIRMAN'S FUNERAL
Killed as Result of Enemy Action
The funeral took place, at Hessle cemetery yesterday, following a memorial service in the Wesley church, of Aircraftman Keith A. [Andrew] Ferguson, of 20, The Circle, Hessle, who died as aresult of enemy action in a London hospital on Sunday at the age of 19.

He died in the RAF Hospital, Uxbridge but the air raid was on Northolt
