Hi All, new member researching my fathers RAF Service during the war years. I did a Google search and an old thread from this site appeared with three members discussing a F/Lt Bastard...he was my dad's pilot for nearly two years. I have sent PM's to those members discussing it but the above two books were mentioned so I though I would put some feelers out to see if any one has a copy or is aware of a download. Well anyway that's my first post so we will see if any response. Thanks, Phil.

Hi Neil, Thanks for your reply...
My father was stationed at Melbourne with 10Sqn during Feb - May 1945. I have his Log Book and a few other papers. I understand that the books, Melbourne Ten and Gordon's Tour with Shiny Ten have some information re the squadron and it's activities. I have tried to obtain the above books but can not trace any copies. Do you know of any for sale or if any one has scanned them? What is your connection to 10 Sqn.? Hope to hear back from you soon. Cheers, Phil.

Phil - I have a copy of "Gordon's Tour With Shiny 10" sat gathering dust on my bookshelf. Not that it isn't interesting, it is, but 10 Squadron are outside of my field of research. PM me your address, and I'll pop it in the post to you :-)
