Hi Henk
Boylan,30, is registered at Greenwich, E London, S of the river Thames and includes Kidbrooke. Foster,25, Mayo,26, Nicholls, 21, and Summerfield,22, are all registered at Hendon. Moore, 31, is registered at Runcorn in Lancashire (too far away from Ludlow).
615 Sqn had been at Prestwick but moved down to Northolt on 10/10/40. It is quite possible that groundcrew were still arriving from Scotland and if flown down could have come to Hendon, which was a transit airfield among other things at the time, intended to go on to Northolt by road rather than straight into an operational fighter station. This is a guess but it does fit into Hendon's usage at the time.
Regards
Dick
