Wilmot is probably connected with Dakota KJ835, his death being registered at Barrow on Soar. I have a note of three fatalities in this incident, the name of the third is unknown at present.

David Tatham 941932 , attached to Number 5 C&M Unit , was struck on the head by the wing of a taxiing aircraft at Barrackpore, dying in the Combined Military hospital Barrackpore

James Henry Ward 508242 , who had been attached to 108 OTU, was admitted dangerously ill to RAF Hospital Cosford on 18 November 1944. Transferred to the Royal Free hospital, Gray's Inn Road, London o 15 December 1944. He was to be discharged from the RAF on medically grounds from 15 February 1945 and went on discharge leave. He was readmitted to the Royal Free hospital where he died of carcinoma of the stomach
