Norman Gordon Lewis Urich 10324 , attached to the repatriation depot and repatriated to Canada from the UK as a stretcher case, he died in St. Anne's de Belleview hospital of plasma cytoma associated with a spinal tumour

Herbert Thomas Burgess 1654554 , attached to Number 55 Repair Unit , was engaged on clearance work following V Weapon attacks, when he fell 20 feet off a roof in Walthamstow on 20 January . He was admitted to the Connaught Hospital where he died of multiple injuries including a left frontal temporal fracture and a bilateral compound fracture of the left radius and ulna . He developed an extensive sub dual Haemorrhage and cerebro spinal fluid began to exude from the ears and the fracture and treatment was ceased as his case was hopeless and he died at 09:45 Hours

Edward Aston 1518332 | attached to RAF Shawbury | was admitted dangerously ill to RAF hospital Cosford on 24 January where he died of anaemia
