Roberts died as a result of injuries received on the 20th, the following is from Llanbedr's ORB:

February 20th 1945, “Mosquito NT221 crashed at 15.51 hours position J029529. Fire in air. Pilot F/O B.C. Roberts DFC seriously injured and admitted to Portmadoc Memorial Hospital. Aircraft on transfer from East Fortune to Haverford West.”
February 22nd 1945, “Pilot of crashed aircraft died at 05.10 hours, next of kin and parents present.”
February 24th 1945, “Coffin of F/O Roberts dispatched by rail to Whitchurch for burial on 26th February, 1945.”

Possibly aboard No.1675 HCU Liberator VI KG824, which caught fire in the air and blew up 4m NE of Abu Sueir, on 22-2-1945.

A little further info on COLLIE 520110 - the Statutory Deaths entry on Scotland's People didn't have a cause of death, but there's a note in the margin referring to an entry in the Register of Corrected Entries. A quick e-mail to Scotland's People led me to his entry in the RCE, which states that he died of a fractured skull, the result of a road traffic accident.

Returning by motor cycle to 'home at Lochnabo Cottage, Blackhills, Lhanbryde, on Thursday night. Fit. F. Collie, R.A.F., met with an accident near Inchbroom, suffering severe head, arm and leg injuries from which he died in Gray’s Hospital, Elgin, later that day. Fit. Sgt, Collie belongs to Ballindalloch district, and was married a daughter of Mr Guthrie, gamekeeper, Blackhills.
