All three appear to registered in different places, one being in Sussex, one in Cumberland and the third outside England and Wales

Apologies, l meant Pilkington and Rouse both registered in Millom. It was Price that l could not locate.

My apologies also, the transcription for Rouse stated Midhurst but on checking the actual entry on the register it definitely states Millom as you say.

If Price was in Scotland, perhaps he was connected by his body washed ashore across the border, which could still link the three.
