What caused the death of and/or what were the places of death registration for following airmen, both names not found in Flight archives:
AC2 Kenneth F. AIREY - 944787, and
AC2 Philip G. SPIERS - 640655.
Proposed aircraft losses for this day:
Hart Trainer - K4939 - 1 FTS - crashed in forced landing 1 mile W of Amesbury, Wiltshire.
Oxford II - N6416 - 14 FTS - flew into ground Turweston, Buckinghamshire.

Kenneth Francis Airey 944787 , attached to 15 OTU was fatally injured in a road accident at Great Gonerby , 2 miles North of Grantham, when a car driven by 94479 AC Gunnery lost control and crashed. A female passenger was also killed

HULL, Norman William - Sgt - 638879 - RAF.
NEWTON, Alec William - Sgt - 536600 - RAF.
WARD, John Montague - Sgt - 742466 - RAFVR.
These four airmen rest at Vannes(Boismoreau) Communal Cemetery, Morbihan, France.
These four airmen were crew of Hampden I - L4194 - 106 Sqn.

IVATT, Richard Spencer Castle - Sgt - 741530 - RAFVR.
Harpswell (St.Chad) Churchyard, Lincolnshire.
PELHAM, Rowland - Sgt - 741416 - RAFVR.
Croydon (Mitcham Road) Cemetery, Surrey.
These two airmen were crew of of Hampden I - X2987 - 61 Sqn.
PENKETH, Harold Edwin - P/O - 86399 - RAFVR.
Brighton (Woodvale) Borough Crematorium, Sussex.
Spitfire Ia - X4593 - 266 Sqn.
OTTERBECK, Gustav - GAF.
PLEITZ, Wilhelm - GAF.
TREFFERT, Karl - GAF.
These three German Airmen rest at Cannock Chase German Military Cemetery, Staffordshire.

AIREY, Kenneth Francis - He was serving with No 15 OTU and was killed in a motor accident when the car in which he was a passenger collided with lorry on the Great North Road at Great Gonerby.

we are in a period now that overlaps Henk's earlier posts

And are duplicating efforts, you can probably maybe add to the original posts.
At some point on or before 2008 Henk agreed to use the date format YYMMDD so that threads could be sorted by date.

Phillip George Spiers 640659 , attached to Number 3 MRS , was Dmitted to SSQ at RAF Cardington on 21 November. He became dangerously ill on 25 November and was transferred to RAF hospital, Halton, where he died of cerebrospinal meningitis
