F/O Bull & Flt Lt Walsh were both onboard Oxford LX560 of No.2 FIS, there was an entry dated as the 28th in the ORB but it was down as the 29th in the Medical Officer's report.

April 28th 1945, “F/L T.P. Walsh (131664) killed and F/O D.H. Bull (150371) killed in accident to Oxford LX560.”

April 29th 1945, “Telephone message received from Flying Control at approximately 13.00 hours that an Oxford aircraft had crashed near Stracathro aerodrome; and that an ambulance from Stracathro Sick Quarters had proceeded to the scene of the crash. Both occupants of the aircraft, namely, F/Lt T.P. Walsh (131664) and F/O D.H. Bull (150371) were dead when the scene of the crash was reached, and the bodies were conveyed to the mortuary at this station. Both bodies were completely smashed.”

Dora Rhoda Dawson, 2037954, a batwoman attached to number 1 Wing TTC, RAF Compton Bassett, became ill at RAF Yatesbury with lobar pneumonia and died 11 days later of bronchial pneumonia and paralysis of the throat

Florence Mary Bowman 2057431 , a telephonist attached to 25 MU , was admitted seriously ill to Ely hospital on 17 January. Transferred to Westminster hospital, she Died there of jaundice and uterine haemorrhage

Malcolm McKenzie 992758 , attached to 111 MU , died of shock and haemorrhage, severe fractures of the skull and asphyxia due to blood inhalation as the result of a road accident at Quastina.
