Ratcliffe is listed as being with 83 Staging post in contemporary burial registers on acnestry.com

George Harold Pennie 1414922 , a patient at RAF hospital Cosford but discharged on sick leave, was found dead between Forden and Montgomery on May 1st having committed suicide

Sydney Thomas Smith 1356832 , attached to 2767 Squadron RAF Regiment, was admitted to the Royal West Sussex hospital on 7 April suffering with appendicitis, where he suffered a relapse and died following an appendectomy

Sydney Ross 1659729 , attached to RAF Petah Tiqva , was admitted seriously ill to Number 2 RAF Hospital on 29 April where he died of a perforated gastric ulcer and a collapsed lung
