The Night the Chain Broke by Leonard Cottrell

Is there anybody out there that has a PDF copy of the above book or know where a copy can be obtained?

I am the archivist of 158 Squadron Association and we would like to include this in our archive, as Leonard Cottrell flew with the Squadron. There is a manuscript held at an Australian archive, but they will not make a PDF without the consent of the author or the holder of the rights. As Leonard Cottrell passed away more than 20 years ago I am at a loss how to approach this.

Seeing as he has no copy either it seems like he would be willing to meet the AWM's criteria as family.
