UPGRADE to Mariette Francoise Yolande Claire Begin W 301555, a chef atttached to HQ at RCAF station St. Hubert, she was injured when a mail truck she was riding in collided with a stationary vehicle on the Jacques Cartier bridge in Montreal on december 22nd 1944. Suffering a complex open fracture of her right thigh, she was transferred to various hospitals before dying of septacemia. Complaints were made about the treatment she'd received
