Frederick Ridge 1108861 , an ACH /GD serving with 6201 (Bomb Disposal ) Flt, attached to 5134 (Airfield Construction) Squadron, was taken dangerously ill in Iceland on 17 June and was evacuated to the UK where he died in the Westminster hospital, London of jaundice and carcinoma of the liver

The unit is DEFINITELY airfield construction squadron on his official records and on CWGC ?
