Some time between Jan 1932 and July 1932 a 12 Sqn pilot P/O Jack Cuthbert Larking #29197 was involved in a forced landing which was caused by "dead engine and pile up, not seriously, trying to put her down in a field that was too small"
At the time 12 Sqn were involved in Cloud formation flying trials

Can anyone Identify the date and aircraft involved
It has to be after Jan 1932 as that is when Thomas Cathcart Traill joined 12 Sqn
I have full details of the July 18th 1932 incident.
Kind Regards
Paul
