D'Arcy Herbert Sheppard 819050 , attached to Number 1 PHU and ill since diagnosed on 28 October 1944, died in St. Barts hospital of thyroid cancer

Harold Bartram 1358425 , attached to Number 42 SP, died in Number 61 General hospital of hyperpyrexia and a cereberal thrombosis

James McDerment 647633 , was admitted to Number 103 British General hospital at 11:00 Hours on 22 July with severe burns caused when his clothing caught fire in an explosion in the cookhouse at 02:00 Hours . Treated first at an RAF first aid post with 2 pints of intravenous fluid, he was in a very poor condition with multiple second and third degree burns over 3/4 of his body..
Another 3 pints of plasma were given along with oxygen by catheter but his condition deteriorated through the night and he vomited at 05:00 hours a on 23 July and died at 05;48 Hours

John Alfred Frederick Few 359409 , attached fo Number 124 Wing, was accidently shot and killed at Wing HQ
