Frederick Percy Charles Seear 1280025 , attached to RAF Predannack, drowned in an accident whilst with his wife in Pembrokeshire

Harry Chadwick 1130340 , a wireless operator became seriously ill with appendictits and heametemesis on 30th July and was admitted to Number 62 mobile field hospital where he died of a gastric ulcer and perigastric abscess

Cyril John Sandford 1280151 , attached to HQ Number 123 Wing, was accidently drowned in Steinhuder Lake near Wunsdorf at 15:30 Hours being dead on arrival at 123 Wing SSQ

Cecil Bailey 1610452 , was dangerously injured in a MT accident between 01:00 and 04:00 Hours on 1 August at Mortegliano. Admitted to Number 22 MFH , where he died if his injuries

George Herbert Rose 19009 , attached to Number 100 PDC, but on release leave, was working at his new job, of acute bronchitis caused by the inhalation of ammonia gas when a compressor exploded whilst at work
