Still trying to ID the Service Number of Olaf Thomas Victor Pitt of 149 Sqn who I cannot find in Air 78

He had a accident on Dec 6 1938 when he steered Heyford K4865 into a Hangar at Mildenhall

If anyone has the accident card for this I was wondering if his Service Number was listed?

Aircraft Apprentices (560001- 579999) from Jan 1926 - so it must have been fairly soon after Jan 26? Birth Reg Q4 1913 so he must have been nobbut a lad when he Enlisted? (His family history/background might make an interesting footnote?).
