KEW, William Ernest - F/Sgt - R/103427 - RCAF - Wingham Cemetery, Ontario, Canada.

Post-discharge death, discharged on 20.8.1945 as medically unfit.
June 1945 diagnosis:
(1) Subacute Ulcerative Colitis
(2) Pulmonary NYD (possible TBC or Hodgkin's)
