Hello Simon,
Many thanks for the newspaper link,. Henk in his a/c serial number list only had as I recall three crew names, but I did think that it may well have been four.

Post-discharge death. Discharged on 8. 12. 1942 as medically unfit (ApBp) due to Hypertension and Arteriosclerosis.
